What you need:

  • 15g/1 tbsp Odlums Porridge Oats
  • 1 large Banana
  • 300ml/½ pint Skimmed Milk (ice cold)
  • 2 Ice Cubes or additional fruit if desired (e.g. frozen strawberries)

How to:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz for about a minute until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! Drizzle with Rowse Honey for extra sweetness if desired.
