Our Odlums Gluten Free Tritamyl products are specially designed for those on gluten free and wheat free diets. Tritamyl flour and bread mixes can be used to produce a wide range of baked products, both sweet and savoury. They are ideal for cakes, breads, biscuits, pizzas, quiches and more.
