What you need:
150g softened butter & extra for greasing
150g light brown sugar
150g caster sugar
300g good quality dark chocolate, melted
250g Odlums Self Raising flour
1 tsp of Odlums Baking Powder
1 tsp sea salt flakes
Whipped cream or ice cream
Line your Air-fryer neatly with butter and parchment paper.
In your stand mixer add the butter, brown and caster sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
While they are beating, crack the eggs into a jug and then slowly add them while beating into the sugar and butter mixture.
Add the flour, Baking powder and melted chocolate and fold in with a spatula.
Place the mixture into the lined Air-fryer and smooth it all out.
Air fry on bake at 200C for 25-35 mins. Serve it up in bowls with whipped cream and ice cream.
