Autumn Pudding

What you need:
- 675g/1½lbs Autumn Fruits (e.g. Cooking Apples, Blackberries, Blueberries etc.)
- 175g/6oz Odlums Self Raising Flour
- Pinch of Goodall's Cinnamon
- 125g/4oz Butter or Margarine (room temperature)
- 125g/4oz Shamrock Golden Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tablespoons Cold Water
- Sugar, to sweeten fruit
How to:
- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5. Lightly grease an ovenproof pie dish.
- Peel, core and slice apples, if used. Mix fruit together and place in the prepared dish. Sprinkle with sugar to sweeten.
- Put remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl and beat together until smooth.
- Spread over the fruit and bake for about 40 minutes until nicely risen and golden brown.
- Serve hot with custard, cream or ice cream.
