Put the bread mix into a mixing bowl add the butter and cheese and rub through until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Add milk and mix to a soft dough.
Turn onto a gluten free floured board and lightly knead. Press out to about ½" thickness. Use a 5cms/2" cutter cut six scones, place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for about 15 minutes until risen and golden brown.

150ml / 1/4pt Milk
