What you need:
- 125g/4oz Odlums Gluten Free White Bread Mix
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Shamrock Golden Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 150ml/¼ pint Milk
- Oil for frying
How to:
- Sieve the bread mix, salt and sugar into a bowl.
- Add the egg, beat while gradually adding the milk. Mixture should be smooth.
- Heat a little oil on a pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto pan. When mixture is puffed and bubbling on top, turn and cook on other side.
- Serve either hot or cold.
