What you need:

  • 200g Odlums "00" Pizza Flour
  • 2g Fast Acting Yeast
  • 4g Salt
  • 120ml Water

How to:

  • In a large bowl, add the flour, yeast, salt, and water and mix to form a dough 

 

  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 12 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic

 

  • Return to the bowl and cover loosely with a tea towel. Leave in a warm enough place to prove until doubled in size. This should take 90 minutes to 2 hours.

 

  • Preheat the oven to 200C/Fan 180c/Gas Mark 6

 

  • When the dough is ready, dust a board with flour and roll out to a round

 

  • Place pizza on a baking tray, spread on some tomato sauce, and add your choice of toppings. 

 

  • Bake for approx. 12 Minutes

 

  • Slice & Enjoy
