What you need:

Ingredients

1 x Odlums chocolate chip cookie mix

1 egg

50g melted butter

1 x Odlums fudge brownie mix

1 egg

70ml sunflower oil

70ml of water

How to:

  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and line a brownie tin with parchment paper.

 

  • In a bowl add the 400g Odlums cookie mix to the bowl and then add the melted butter and egg. Mix well with a wooden spoon until it forms a dough and then get your hands in to combine it really well. Press the mixture evenly into the lined brownie tin making sure it covers the bottom evenly.

 

  • In another bowl add the 400g Odlums fudge brownie mix in and then add the sunflower oil, water and egg. Using a whisk combine all the ingredients really well until thickened. You can also use an electric beater.

 

  • Pour the mixture over top of the cookie dough in the brownie tin and spread over evenly.

 

  • Bake for 25 mins and allow to cool.

 

  • Once cooled, remove from the tin and cut into nice square portions before tucking into your delicious brookie.
