There are three products in the Tritamyl gluten free range - a general purpose flour and specially formulated bread mixes for white and brown bread. Made from gluten free starch, these products are specially designed for those who are on gluten free diets.

Using Odlums Tritamyl range a gluten free diet can still be interesting and varied in content. Tritamyl flour and mixes can be used to produce a wide range of baked products - both sweet and savoury - as well as in general cooking. They are ideal for cakes, breads, biscuits, pizzas, quiches, doughnuts etc.., but you must ensure that all the other ingredients are also gluten free.

Tritamyl Wheat Free Flour and White Bread Mix are available in 2kg packs, Tritamyl Brown Bread Mix is available in a 1kg pack.
