What you need:

  • 260g/8oz of Odlums Cream Flour
  • 2 teaspoons of Odlums Baking Powder
  • 130g/4.5oz of Oil
  • 65g/2.25oz Sugar
  • 130g/4.5oz Shamrock Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Goodalls Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • Half a teaspoon of Salt
  • 75g/2.6oz of Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 75g/2.6oz of Milk Chocolate Chips

How to:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/gas mark 3
  2. In a large bowl, beat the oil, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt on medium speed until well combined, about 2 – 3 minutes. Add the chocolate chips and fold in.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased round deep baking dish and bake uncovered, for 50 to 55 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with Pouring Cream or a Scoop of vanilla Ice-cream

 

Tip!, For more chocolaty decadence, it can be served with extra chocolate sauce drizzled on top
