What you need:

  • 150ml Milk
  • 75g Odlums Self Raising Super Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp of Butter
  • 150g Kelkin Hazelnut and Chocolate Spread
  • Handful of  Blueberries
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • Mint sprigs 
  • Icing Sugar for dusting 

How to:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. 
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt. 
  3. Heat a small frying pan over a medium heat and add in the butter. Allow the butter to melt and bubble and while it’s hot pour the batter into the centre of the pan.
  4. Bake for 12-15 mins until the pancake has risen and become golden.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and serve the pancake while still hot with a drizzle of the chocolate, berries and a generous dusting of icing sugar. Garnish with mint sprigs enjoy.
