Dutch Baby Pancakes

What you need:
- 150ml Milk
- 75g Odlums Self Raising Super Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- A pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp of Butter
- 150g Kelkin Hazelnut and Chocolate Spread
- Handful of Blueberries
- Handful of Raspberries
- Mint sprigs
- Icing Sugar for dusting
How to:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt.
- Heat a small frying pan over a medium heat and add in the butter. Allow the butter to melt and bubble and while it’s hot pour the batter into the centre of the pan.
- Bake for 12-15 mins until the pancake has risen and become golden.
- Remove the pan from the oven and serve the pancake while still hot with a drizzle of the chocolate, berries and a generous dusting of icing sugar. Garnish with mint sprigs enjoy.
