What you need:

100g Butter

200g Gluten Free Plain Flour

1 Egg

100g Caster Sugar

How to:

  • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

 

  • preheat oven to 180˚C fan oven.

 

  • Place soft butter into a bowl with the sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon.

 

  • Add the egg in and mix well.

 

  • Sieve the flour into the mixture and knead the mixture with your hands into a smooth dough.

 

  • Put the dough into the fridge for 15 mins.

 

  • Flour a surface and place the dough on it.

 

  • Flour the rolling pin and roll out the dough.

 

  • Cut the shapes out and place them on the baking tray.

 

  • Cook in the oven for 10 mins until golden.

 

  • Place on a wire tray to cool.
